Returns Policy

RETURNS

If our products are not required, please return them within 14 days as long as they are unused, in its original packaging and in a sellable condition. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

You will need to pay for the return postage and we highly recommend that you use a signed for or tracking option, as we can’t issue a return until we receive the goods and have checked they are in good condition. We are not responsible for items lost in the post.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five working days. Please be aware that your credit card company may take up to 14 days for your reimbursement to be made.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@happyconfident.com and return your item using a signed for or tracking option. We are not responsible for items lost in the post.

DELIVERIES

Please be aware that you are responsible for providing the correct delivery information. We cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost deliveries due to incorrect delivery information.

If your products are returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or you were unable to collect from your local post office or courier depot, we will only refund the cost of the goods and not the shipping.

Customers should receive their products within 3 working days, however sometimes there are postal delays. If you haven’t received your products within 14 working  days, please email us.

Europe

Customers should receive their products within 7 working days, however sometimes there are postal delays. If you haven’t received your products within 30 working days, please email us.

Rest Of The World

Customers should receive their products within 14 working days, however sometimes there are postal delays. If you haven’t received your products within 45  working days, please email us.
