It's been #antibullyingweek and we've been talking about what teachers and parents can do to help children being bullied, and also the bullies themselves - as often they will have an issue of their own that has triggered their bullying behaviour. @nadimsaad_official and @lululuckockcounselling chatted about this earlier this week, if you'd like to watch the video in full pls do PM and we'll drop you a link!

Bullying makes children feel excluded, as well as humiliated, embarrassed and upset. It can make them feel angry, anxious, scared and ashamed.

We have to help them voice their feelings as by naming your feelings you can better process them, and begin to regulate them with greater ease. Here's to another #feelitfriday and please do encourage your children to #reachout
