Children's Mental Health Week Challenge

1-7 Feb 2021

We’re excited to launch our FREE 7-Day Challenge in support of this years’ Children’s Mental Health Week. For 7 days, we’ll be sharing simple tools and techniques to help increase connection in the family, through better self-expression. From Inspiration to Intention, Reflection to Conversation – and more.

A family challenge and optional activity will be shared each day, designed for the whole family to enjoy and benefit from. Each day will have a new topic, all forming part of the Children’s Mental Health Week theme “Express Yourself”.

Take part in this challenge and you will find that your family will communicate better, connect on a deeper level and learn to express yourselves more freely.

Join the Challenge Group now, where can share experiences and gain support from peers and the HCC team along the way. Entry to this group will continue until Tuesday 2nd February at 22:00 GMT.

Charitable Work

We believe that ALL children need to be taught the key life skills promoted in our journals, courses, and books, and understand that not all families are able to access our resources. For that reason, we work with charities, schools, and groups to help support children in underprivileged families by providing access to our journals. We have a number of initiatives with charity partners and regularly donate journals.
