A daily journal for children to nurture their emotional intelligence and develop 10 key life skills that will help them become happier and more confident

Why buy the Happy Confident Me Journal?

The Happy Confident Me Journal is based on the latest research on happiness, emotional development and neuroscience. It teaches children 10 key essential life skills (see below) that will make them happier and more confident. Through a few minutes of daily journaling based on these 10 key skills (one skill developed each week), they will develop daily habits that will change their life for the better.

This journal is a great complement or replacement of the bedtime story as children grow up. It will help you develop with your child(ren) some invaluable conversations about these important themes and how to apply them in their daily lives.

In this illustrated journal, your children will learn about these 10 essential life skills:

  • Self-Awareness, to better understand and like themselves
  • Understanding their feelings and how to better manage them
  • Positive Thinking to ensure they are more optimistic and happier overall
  • Developing a growth mindset to take on challenges
  • Learning that it’s important to make mistakes to learn from them
  • Resilience, and how to bounce back from life’s challenges
  • Boosting their confidence through a more positive attitude
  • Being mindful, to appreciate their life to the fullest
  • Having kindness and empathy to fill up their own ‘bucket’ by filling up other people’s ‘buckets’
  • Being grateful for what they have and their daily experiences

Whatever their level of confidence, the engaging descriptions of each theme and the activities and daily journalling pages will have a very positive impact on your children.

What makes the Happy Confident Me Journal unique?

  • Result of a successful collaboration between a renown parenting author and relationship coach and an experienced psychotherapist (see About Us).
  • Based on the latest research on neuroscience, mindfulness and emotional well-being.
  • Weekly journaling based on important themes that help your child develop their emotional intelligence and overall well-being.
  • Daily questions that allow your child to understand themselves better and to learn the key concepts, while giving you an opportunity to interact with them and develop a deep connection with them.
  • Worry box that helps your child let go of their worries.
  • Perfectly adapted to the target age group (7 to 12) in terms of language and visuals.
  • Full colour to be more attractive to kids.
  • Weekly activities that will usually involve some interaction with the family and improve the family dynamic.
  • Weekly blank pages to go beyond the daily questions and write down their thoughts and emotions or simply doodle,
  • Great hand picked inspirational quotes based on the different themes in the journal.
