Through our off-the-shelf programme you will be able to:
We help Primary Schools meet Ofsted’s criteria through the development of social and emotional learning to encourage positive social behaviour.
Our whole school programme takes children on a journey, leading to:
I know and understand myself and am confident in my actions. I understand my feelings, and know that all feelings are valid. I am able to articulate my feelings to others and have techniques to shift uncomfortable feelings. I understand that my thoughts affect my feelings and in turn my actions.
I have a growth mindset and believe in my ability to improve my learning and performance and cope with pressure. I understand the concept of neuroplasticity, and that I can learn new things. I am able to push myself outside my comfort zone, and into my learning zone.
I am socially aware and can work effectively with others, including to solve problems and achieve common goals. I can accept responsibility for my behaviour, including towards others I can contribute positively to the lives of others within the school, the local community and wider society
The FEELIT Method classifies feelings into 4 categories, and through our whole-school programme teaches children from the earliest age, to learn to listen to their bodies to have a deeper understanding of their feelings,
Using the FEELIT Mapper create daily check-in times, allowing your pupil time to self-assess, discuss feelings, reactions, and actions.
Our whole school FEELIT Programme, applies the FEELIT Method from EYFS to Y6 with fully developed 5 minute lessons that are off-the-shelf and ready to go. All activities have been developed by experts and therapists and trialled with great success across a number of state and independent primaries.
GET IN TOUCHCREATE POSITIVE DAILY HABITS
Our structured daily journaling programme begins in KS2, with the Daily Journal, followed by our Super Journal, our (coming soon) Carry On Journal, and then in Year 6 culminates with our Life Skills Journal.
With just 5 minutes of daily journaling, ideal to enable a reset period before afternoon classes, pupils will:
Increase positivity and optimism in your schools using daily affirmations as part of the fabric of school life.
With posters for shared areas, cards, and also audio files available, pupils and staff will benefit greatly from developing a ritual around setting positive intentions.
As a part of everyday school life, used at registration or assembly time, you’ll notice a marked difference in children’s self-esteem, confidence, and attitude.
